Dr. Chou brings over 12 years of experience in corporate development, business development, strategic planning, and program management across pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Her experience spans market research and competitive intelligence, opportunity screening, asset and technology evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, and term sheet and agreement drafting and negotiation. Prior to Saint Therapeutics, Dr. Chou held roles spanning healthcare analytics and commercial strategy at Alere Health, translational program incubation and project management at SPARK Taiwan, corporate and business development at Allianz Pharmascience, and project scouting and evaluation in novel therapeutics for an angel fund. At Saint Therapeutics, her work focuses on fundraising, partnership development, and commercial strategy for the company's scar prevention and wound healing platforms.
